Age: About 250 years old in this incarnation. Has an old soul - slightly under 20 billion years old, because she's technically a reincarnated god. Legally an adult, looks to be about mid-20s.
Height: 5'10" (178cm)
Weight: ~155 lbs (70kg)
Build: Muscular; a fighter's build
Shapeshift Form: A tiger, yo. White like it's a Bengal tiger, but built like an Amur tiger. Only bigger. Her cat form's huge. And fluffy. Also has strange markings around its eyes that are reminiscent of a peregrine falcon's.
Background: - Russian-born (if you couldn't tell by the name); of partial Tartar/Mongol descent
- A long, long time ago, the shapeshifters were originally created in the images of the gods
- The gods were created in the images of the (former) Earth and its creatures, which are a lot like the creatures of this Earth, with some variants because Earth used to be a slightly larger, warmer planet.
- Creating an entire planetary race in the image of something created in the image of something else absolutely does not harm anyone's egos ever (spoiler: it does), and so the shapeshifters started a war mostly out of envy
- It ended in Earth being blown up about 12 billion years ago, but the Earth is special, so they didn't kill it completely
- Earth got better, but the universe stagnated without one of the prime driving forces of innovation and change within it any longer, as the shapeshifters themselves have no desire to take up the mantle of the old humans
- Felina's actually Earth-born which is pretty damn rare amongst the shapeshifter race, both because they just figured out Earth's back again, and also because they're (mostly) elitist dicks who think they're better than the humans even if the humans were evolved first. The younger generation doesn't care as much, but because they live so long, the older generation is basically still in charge and gets to act on their age-old grudgewank and no one can tell them otherwise.
- Felina's grandfather wasn't always part of the elitist dickery; their family is descended from some of the shapeshifters that first came down to Earth to take a look around, and interbred with the humans. Except then Shit Happened to her grandfather's uncle - who was born almost entirely human, and it pissed off her grandfather, who turned... into an elitist shapeshifter asswagon and decided to take out his anger on the whole planet.
- So basically, he took her (and left her brother on earth, not realizing he was alive, actually) back to the shapeshifters' homeworld, to raise her to be the leading force against the humans!
- He made her enroll in the military after her schooling, and used some string-pulling to have her assigned to the Planet Destroyer class Carrier/Destroyer "Crimson Rave". It was to be the ship that blew up Earth again; this time, hopefully, permanently.
- Except Felina likes Earth, her friends and companions in the military all like Earth, and most of her crew likes Earth; they're a younger generation of shapeshifters that don't really get the hate. And what's more, the more people hear her talk about her home, the less they really think Earth's such a bad place.
- So they stole the Crimson Rave
- Now they've been labeled pirates by the shapeshifter military/government and their allies and are wanted fugitives.
- And they're in a war against an entire planet to try to protect the Earthlings who can't protect themselves because humans barely have started colonizing their own solar system, let alone having huge intersteller starfleets

- The reincarnated god thing is part of why the universe is so screwy though. The gods are supposed to keep balance in the universe, but they've been dead so many times and for so long they've basically lost all but the vestiges of their original powers.
Personality:
- Can be sort of linefacey, she is a military officer and was groomed for most her life to be a commander
- She might've grown to be a total cold, hard bitch if not for the fact she made some really awesome friends
- She does have kind of a snarky sense of humor... when she shows it
- Her cunning also leads her to sometimes talk people a little around in circles for her own amusement
- Hard to get close to, ridiculously loyal if you can do it... or more, if you don't get scared off by the fact she's sort of angry looking most of the time
- Spent a long time on a different planet, so learning about what the humans are up to is Interesting. She knows stuff about Earth before Earth was Earth, too.
- Bisexual, if anyone can figure out how her pants even work to get them off
- Married to her job, yo
- And also kind of busy because she's trying to save the world, y'all
